WINTER SKILLS ACADEMY

 Join us this winter for the Viper Skills Academy, an 8 week indoor training program designed to help players build on their skills and take their game to the next level. The Academy is open to players from beginner to experienced and is coached by our Viper coaching staff.

Sessions focus on building confidence through repetition, instruction, and game-like situations, and will help prepare players for their school field hockey team or their broader field hockey development. Players will work on:

• Stick skills and fundamentals
• Passing and receiving
• Shooting and scoring techniques
• Offensive and defensive skills and techniques
• Small-sided game play
• Indoor-specific concepts and decision-making
