This camp is designed to help athletes perfect their field hockey skills, stay conditioned and learn new skills that can be used to enhance their game play. Through play and demonstration, fun games, and great coaching, athletes will get to meet new friends, stay active, and participate in their favorite sport all week!
Elite Field Hockey Training Camp Details
This camp will cater to the age groups between 8-12 years.
Camp will be held at All Sports Center in Collegeville
Cost: $250 and includes free t-shirt

Camp runs Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm
Camp Day Layout
9am: Drop off and Sign-In
9:30am: Warm-up, Stretching, Camp Rules
9:45am: Station Assignments and Demonstrations
10:00-11:00am: 15 minutes of station rotations, water breaks
11:00-11:30am: Speed and Agility, Speed and Conditioning
11:30-12:15pm: Lunch Break, Group Changes
12:15-12:30: Sports Terminology Talk
12:30-1:30pm: 15 minutes of station rotations, water breaks
1:30-2:00pm: Games and Scrimmages
What to Bring:
-Refillable Water Bottle
-Turf Shoes, Shin Guards, Socks, Mouthguard, Stick
-Packed Lunch or Money for the option to purchase lunch.
-$5 for Kona Ice Truck on Thursday to celebrate all the hard work!

During this camp we will work on perfecting their field hockey skills, get them conditioned for camp and learn new skills that can be used to enhance their game play. Through play and demonstrations, and great coaching, athletes will get to gain a competitive edge a week early and go into their preseason ready to shine!
